AquaPro Pressure Washers
The AquaPro is a heavy-duty, no-nonsense machine designed and manufactured to meet our own exacting standards. Built onto a heavy gauge powder coated Zintec Steel chassis with twin axles, with 10” wheels for durability and stability. Featuring a large capacity on board water tank with type A air gap and a WRAS approved hi-flow ball valve to BS 1212. The whole machine is wrapped with a polished 304 grade stainless steel cover.
Motor
All AquaPro units feature a direct drive four-pole electric motor running at 1400 – 1450 RPM, incorporating squirrel cage rotor construction and bi-directional cooling fan providing maximum efficiency.

All AquaPro machines are fitted with top quality industrial pumps featuring a 3-piston ceramic plunger system, long life hardened crankshaft and oil immersed bearing profile. All the wetted parts are constructed of brass or stainless steel ensuring maximum anti corrosion properties.

The whole range is equipped with the unique F.S.A. System. This comprises of a special flow sensitive regulator, which ensures pressure does not remain trapped in the high-pressure line during bypass operation or shut down mode. Low voltage controls (24v) have been fitted as standard to achieve maximum operator safety, complemented by a fully automated, timed total shut down system with mains interruption release and thermal overload protection for motor.
All AquaPro machines feature a low pressure chemical system.
AquaJet Pressure Washers
The Aquajet Range is a heavy-duty machine built onto a heavy gauge 304 grade stainless steel chassis. Featuring a large capacity on board water tank with type AA air gap and a WRAS approved hi-flow ball valve to BS 1212. The whole chassis is wrapped with a polished 304 grade stainless steel cover which can be made fully lockable and tamper-proof if required (with a suitable padlock) to prevent unauthorised access. Options such as key over-ride and remote control operation make the AquaJet a smart choice when control and safety become paramount.

PTO Unit Pressure Washers
The PTO (Power Take Off) unit has been designed specifically for farm use. It offers an independent cleaning solution when power is not available yet combines simplicity with high pressure to wash even the most stubborn soiling.
The machine couples up to the PTO and the three point linkage on the back of a tractor and draws water from a bowser or storage pit. It can be run at 540 rpm which will provide 3000 psi at 15 lpm, if the output speed is increased to 1000 rpm the unit delivers 30 lpm at 3000 psi - good for extreme cleaning or cleaning land drains with the correct drain nozzle.
The PTO unit can also be used by two operators at the same time offering them both 15 lpm at 3000 psi. This a is a perfect multipurpose solution for farm cleaning duties
Built onto a heavy gauge galvanised frame offering long term use in an aggressive environment, the PTO unit is very simple in design and comes complete with the PTO shaft and twin suction hoses to ensure long pump seal life.
The water bypass line returns to water source to ensure the pump stays cool during by-pass cycle. To complete the system we supply 20 m of top quality 2 wire high pressure hose with heavy duty trigger gun and lance. All hoses are complimented with quick release fitting for ease of set up and change. A full range of accessories are available.

All PTO units are fitted with top quality slow revving industrial pumps running at either 540 rpm or 1000 rpm featuring a 3-piston ceramic plunger system, long life hardened crankshaft and oil immersed bearing profile. All the wetted parts are constructed of brass or stainless steel ensuring maximum anti corrosion properties.
The water inlet to the pump is fed to both sides which ensures the pump does not suffer from (water starvation) which is all too common a problem with higher volume pumps.
