AquaBowser
The AquaBowser is a mobile water bowser unit which can be attached to any pressure washer, which does not have a water tank as standard, to ensure essential water regulations are adhered to when carrying out pressure washing duties. The AquaBowser features a type AA air gap which ensures backflow prevention, measures laid down by WRAS are complied with.
The AquaBowser is also essential if your present water feed does not meet the demand of your pressure washer by ensuring a constant topped up feed to your machine. Built onto a 3mm powder coated Zintec Steel chassis with heavy axle and 10” pneumatic wheels for durability and stability, AquaBowser features a large front anti scuff locking rubber castor wheel which swivels through 180 degrees for excellent manoeuvrability. The handle drops down to enable the machine to be loaded into confined areas for transportation.
Specification
The AquaBowser features a heavy duty low pressure part 1 ball valve with part 2 adjustment to BS1212 and the inserts are interchangeable depending on the connected water pressure. The unit comes complete with built in water filtration to 40 microns which is removable for cleaning, and features 1.3 metres of 3/4 heavy rubber water hose with quick release couplings. The water tank is constructed of heavy grade polypropylene and has a total capacity of 32 litres
AquaReel
The Systemwash heavy duty manual wind hose reel has been constructed using the very latest computer aided design and manufacturing systems available. As a result of this technology, all the service and repair parts are very accessible and easy to maintain with no compromise to the striking appearance.
structure
The backbone of the unit (the mounting bracket) is produced from 6 mm zintec coated mild steel. The guided rotating spindle is secured with 8 mm fixings through four specially machined acetyl bushes, two at each end, these are fully serviceable and can be replaced in a matter of minutes should the need ever arise. The winding handle is located with an anti slip drive mechanism and secured in place with a 10 mm machine screw, the handle can be further secured with a padlock through matching locating holes in the body to prevent unauthorised use or to lock off during transit if the unit is mounted on a mobile rig. All other sections are formed from 3 mm zintec coated mild steel.

At the heart of the reel is a 25 mm x 5 mm spindle which is tested to 280 bar working pressure. At the live end is a 3/8” BSP female inlet where a choice of swivel couplings can be attached, the outlet is set at 90 degrees within the reel centre again 3/8” BSP female secured by a fully welded slip fit machined boss secured to the reel and located with a machine riveted plate to ensure the boss is not stressed when changing fittings or hoses or when the reel is in use. Finally the hose reel is thoroughly de-greased, phosphated and treated with a tough and durable textured polyester resin powder coating.
Remote Token Unit
At Systemwash we strive to achieve quality products through design and knowledge of the industry for which the product will enter, our token unit is no exception, every aspect of this unit from the robust design through to the flexibility of it’s use is clearly evident.
The whole unit is constructed of 304 grade stainless steel because of the durability, rigidity and anti corrosion properties, the whole face plate is easily removable for service but is only accessible with the token drawer removed which can only be done with a secure barrel lock key.
The unit comes as standard with a token mechanism to start the cleaning cycle and also a stop switch in case of emergency during the wash cycle however, the unit can also be fitted with an optional burner switch and a chemical switch which can be totally adjustable for timed periods when linked to any of the Systemwash range of machines.
The token drawer can hold approx. 200 tokens and the unit is supplied with 2 barrel lock security keys.
