Systemwash UK Ltd are one of the UK's only pressure washer manufacturers. In addition to manufacturing high quality commercial grade pressure washers, we also design and build custom hot water pressure washers, built to meet the specific needs of the business we are working for.
All of our hot water pressure washers are manufactured to the very highest standards and are designed to withstand a commercial or industrial environment.
Our heavy duty, no nonsense machines have earnt us an enviable reputation throughout the whole of the UK. We go the extra mile to meet our customer's demands and this often results in a far superior product than could be found elsewhere.
After seeing and using our hot water pressure washers for the very first time, many of our customers comment on how different an experience it is to using the lower level imported equipment available in the marketplace.
The AquaMax is an extra heavy-duty, no-nonsense machine built primarily for the hire industry and must not be confused with lower level imported equipment available on the market. Built onto a 2mm heavy gauge powder coated Zintec Steel chassis with twin axles and 10” wheels for durability and stability, AquaMax features a large capacity water tank with type AA air gap and a WRAS approved hi-flow ball valve to BS 1212. The whole machine is wrapped with a polished 304 grade stainless steel cover.
All AquaMax units feature a direct drive four-pole electric motor running at 1400 – 1450 RPM, incorporating squirrel cage rotor construction and bi-directional cooling fan providing maximum efficiency.
The boiler comprises of a full stainless steel jacket, stainless steel upper and lower head assemblies and a stainless steel lower flame break ring. Heat diffusion is maximized by a retained fire cement bottom and deflected around a double wound seamless 3 mm section coil assembly making this unit compact but highly efficient. The fuel system features heavy duty 4 stage filtration as standard.
All AquaMax machines are fitted with top quality industrial pumps featuring a 3-piston ceramic plunger system, long life hardened crankshaft and oil immersed bearing profile. All the wetted parts are constructed of brass or stainless steel ensuring maximum anti corrosion properties. The whole range is equipped with the unique F.S.A. System. This comprises of a special flow sensitive regulator, which ensures pressure does not remain trapped in the high-pressure line during bypass operation or shut down mode. Low voltage controls (24v) have been fitted as standard to achieve maximum operator safety, complemented by a fully automated, timed total shut down system with mains interruption release and thermal overload protection for motor and boiler, low-level fuel cut off is standard on all AquaMax models.
The AquaForce is an extra heavy-duty, no-nonsense machine built to operate in extreme conditions and must not be confused with lower level equipment. Offering easy access to parts for servicing and maintenance, without compromising the striking appearance. Manufactured completely from heavy gauge 304 stainless steel with a large capacity (32 Litres) integral water tank featuring a type AA air gap and a WRAS approved hi-flow ball valve to BS 1212 .

The Pulse range is packed with features normally associated with high-end pressure washers, offering extremely good value for money. Built onto a heavy gauge thermoplastic chassis with 10” high impact rubber wheels and twin castors (one locking) for durability and stability, Pulse features a WRAS approved ball valve and water tank system. With a removable top and rear cover for service access, a storage area for service spares, an integral chemical tank and a 22 litre fuel tank with low fuel cut out. Visual indication for power connection pump on, burner on and low fuel state.

The Zeta is the smallest of our how water machines but still maintains a heavy duty presence. The solid tubular frame ensures the machine will withstand the constant mobile use without the usual problems associated with light commercial machines.
This machine is ideal for the hobby, DIY also the commercial market where occasional use of an hour a day and hot water is required.
The pressure, flow, chemical and temperature are fully adjustable making this machine very versatile but still able to “pack a punch” when the need is required, the small dimensions make it very easy to maneuver and carry in an estate car, pickup truck or small van.
