When compared to cold water pressure washing, hot water jet washing speeds up the cleaning process by up to 40%. This is partly due to the faster drying times of the surfaces that have been cleaned, but the cleaning process itself is also quicker with hot water.

Hot water pressure washing is ideally carried out at a temperature of 85 degrees C, but can be carried out at temperatures as high as 155 degrees C. The hotter the water, the more effective it will be in combating not just dirt, but also bacteria and viruses.

With the appropriate use of gun and nozzle, high pressure jet washing allows the operator the clean large areas, such as ceilings, walls and floors; as well as hard to reach areas such as crevices, cracks and roofs.

Infection chains and germ residues can be combated with the combination of hot water pressure washing and suitable cleaning agents. This may include acidic, alkaline and biodegradable solutions.

After soaking, cleaning and drying an area, a final round of disinfectant will ensure the most meticulous clean possible.
